About · Marrow Audio

you want a show that sounds the same in episode fifty as it did in episode one. that’s the whole job here.

Marrow Audio is a two-engineer podcast room in Denver. No bands, no jingles, no spreading thin — just spoken-word audio, cut to publish.

01 how it started

a room built around one kind of work

Marrow started after years of hearing the same thing from show hosts: the recording went fine, and then the finished episode came back sounding like a different show every time. Different engineer, different levels, different edit. The fix wasn’t more gear — it was keeping the room small enough that the same ears handle the show from scope to delivery.

So that’s what we built. A quiet two-engineer studio in Denver’s Montbello corridor, with a tracker you can read, a fixed schedule slot for ongoing shows, and no interest in taking on work we can’t cut properly. When a show lands here, it stays with the same two people.

02 how we work

the standards we don’t move on

Not a mission statement. Just the rules the room actually runs by.

01

same ears, start to finish

Whoever scopes your show rides the faders on it. No hand-offs to a junior you never spoke to, no sound that drifts because a new editor took over at episode twelve.

02

one craft, done well

We only cut podcasts. Keeping the diary to spoken-word means every habit, template and plug-in chain in the room is tuned for voices — not stretched across work it wasn’t built for.

03

a schedule you can plan around

Ongoing shows get a fixed weekly or biweekly slot and a turnaround of 3–5 business days. You know when the files land before you record them.

04

notes written from the audio

Show notes, titles and timestamps come from listening to the cut — not from pasting your brief into a template. If a line lands in the episode, it lands in the notes.

05

we’ll say no when it fits better elsewhere

If a project needs a full music scoring studio or a live multitrack room, we’ll tell you up front rather than take it and learn on your dime.

Gear matters less than habits. The chain stays the same show to show — that’s why your feed stays consistent.

04 the two of us

who actually touches your episode

Two engineers, one room. You’ll know both names, and one of them is always the person on your show.

01

the edit & story side
